Bluetape Academy is officially live!

In 2025, we worked with hundreds of realtors on over a thousand repairs. We surveyed agents about their repair workflow. And put together a report on the State of Real Estate Repairs. We learned a lot!  And we realized there was an opportunity for us to help agents beyond estimates and work. 

When we talk one on one with agents, we're often asked about homes and repairs. "Can you explain this?" "I had this situation and the contractor told me XYZ, was that right?" "For crawlspaces, what do you recommend?"  

Bluetape Academy is our way of helping agents with their repair questions.
